Some of the slides with the lazy river beneath. You have to be a guest of the lodge to have access to the water park. It's BIG! Tons of water slides and rides.

TUE. MARCH 30

Mandy took Garn and me to Sam Moon to shop. It is a HUGE store with thousands of items from jewelry to purses, luggage, hair accessories and much more! I LOVE that place! We all found something: I got earrings and a wallet, Garn got a soft leather bag, Mandy got a cap, card holder, and earring and necklace set. (Garn and I had to sneak that in the basket because she won't buy anything for herself) She got Sadie a bag to travel to Utah, Haylie a cute purse, Ali a bracelet. We didn't even see all the store, it's so big, so it warrants another trip back!
Then we went to Old Town McKinney where there are unique shops and antique stores. Garn found an old cap gun and holster for Carden. He loved it. We ran across a store that sold honey cured spiral hams named "HAMM'S". That was my mother's maiden name! A fun place to stroll around and browse.

Coming home to SNOW and 34 degrees!

Things about Austin and Devan:

1 They are great motorcycle riders

2 They are very helpful

3 Austin has a job at the secondary schools

4 Devan has a nice friend that I think is cute

5 They have their permits and can get their driving licences now

6 Austin made a model home equipped with lights

7 Devan makes model planes and other mobiles out of hundreds of pieces

8 They love to play board games and are really good at them

9 They both can cook

10 Austin makes great candy suckers

11 Devan helped Grandpa W redo the front cement blocks

12 They both have really great grades in school

13 They are good friends

14 They work hard at everything they do

15 They are good looking

16 They show love to their grandparents all the time!
