CHURCH CLEANING AND OTHER THINGS....

Well, it was our turn to clean the church since our last name is between R-Z in the ward so Garn and I showed up at 7:50am and worked for a while and only 2 others came! So the 4 of us vacumned the whole church, all the classrooms (had to put up the chairs first), cleaned bathrooms and mopped too, cleaned all drinking fountains and sinks (including the Sacrament closet) washed all mirrors and windows inside and out, emptied all garbages and put all the chairs back down; all within 1 1/2 hrs! I think we were given some extra help. I even called all the people on the list to remind them earlier in the week. Oh well, it was good exercise. Then I went home and cooked up a pound of bacon to use for later on in the week, cut and bagged pork chops to freeze, cooked a pound of taco meat to use whenever, made scrambled eggs and hash browns and some of the bacon for breakfast, cut up lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, celery, cuke, for salads, grated a lb of cheese to have on hand for the tacos, changed the sheets, did 3 loads of laundry and of course made the bed up again, did a load of dishes, read the church news and now am finishing the laundry before we get ready to go to Marcus's 2 baseball games, if they don't get rained out. I think spring weather has inspired me to spring clean and plan meals ahead, (which, for those who know me, that is RARE). Anyway, it feels good to be ahead of the game once in a while, instead of behind the eight ball. Thank goodness for Sat to catch up! Now, if I could just get my hay fever under control!

Dang, you've done a ton. Too bad you aren't up here to help with my spring cleaning. :D We've done tons of yard work today so I feel like I've at least done something productive.

I think you are having sympothy prego hormones. I went into cleaning overhaul shortly before my kids were born. I had to clean everything.
Sounds like you are getting a ton done. Wish I was as ontop of it as you are. Way to go!
